At Green Serve Nutritionist, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized nutrition services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or products.
1. Consultations and One-on-One Sessions
All individual consultations (including initial assessments and follow-ups) are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
2. Coaching Programs and Packages
For multi-session or coaching packages (e.g. 4-week, 8-week, or 12-week programs):

Refunds are not provided once the program has started or the first session/materials have been delivered.

If you are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a partial refund (minus the cost of the session delivered and administrative fees).

After the second session or beyond, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.

3. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, guides, templates, meal plans, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Group Programs, Challenges & Workshops

If a refund is requested prior to the start date, a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the circumstances.

No refunds will be issued once the group program or challenge has begun, except in rare cases at our sole discretion.
5. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If you offer ongoing memberships or subscription services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

No refunds are issued for partially used periods.

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions and issue discretionary refunds or service credits based on special circumstances (e.g. documented medical emergencies, technical errors, etc.).
